Plenty of people might think that Waver is lucky to be so light, since it makes it that much easier for Iskandar to pick him up when they need to haul ass. As strong as Iskandar is, however, can only think that Waver would benefit from being less of a noodle. Still, it does make him easier to manage, especially when there are chains and restraints and other pesky dangling things to worry about.

So when the fight is over (it takes longer and more energy than Iskandar would have liked, leaving even him feeling a little tired and sore and Waver probably feeling a bit like he got hit by a truck) and it's time to leave, Iskandar simply picks up Waver like he always does, barely even slowing as he passes. He's not sure if anyone else will be chasing them and he's not about to stick around to find out. There's nothing wrong with a fight where you're disadvantaged, but when even winning doesn't have any merit there's not much point in lingering.

They get home without any trouble, at least, which is probably obvious in the way Iskandar slows down and dismounts. Still, with Waver stuck in a blindfold Iskandar elects to speak up as he reaches up to lift him and set him on the ground.

"We're here."

He's easy enough to move around. Waver sits up with only a little grumbling, and settles himself again to leaning into Iskandar, nuzzling into the rough palm cupping his jaw. He'll tip his head to the side to allow Iskandar more room at his throat when he leans down, shivering when Iskandar's beard tickles. The gag is frustrating for him too, not to mention embarrassing. He tries to hide a little, tucking his face into Iskandar's shoulder and squirming forward, tucked right up close against his body.

The pinch of teeth at the delicate skin beneath his jaw makes Waver start and gasp sharply around the gag. The noise he lets out this time is less pathetic, more annoyed, a muffled growl or maybe a groan. Still, he arches into Iskandar's hand as it slides beneath his shirt. They do need to get the bindings off, and he's utterly drained-- which also means he's exhausted, but he can't rest yet. The result is as frustrating and embarrassing as the bindings themselves, and Waver pushes his face against Iskandar's shoulder more firmly, petulant.
